From bread and coffee to
a stage for Seongsu.

Millab Seongsu is a coffee-and-bakery at 28-19 Seoulsup 4-gil. It opened in spring 2025 as a small bakery on the second floor and has since added pop-up and event spaces on other floors of the same building.

We wanted bread-and-coffee regulars and brands looking for a Seongsu moment to meet under one roof. Rather than another pretty café, the rule is simple: daily-baked bread and a scene that changes each week.

Three steps
to where we stand now.

Millab began as a single bakery, opened other floors of the same building as pop-up and event spaces, and is now preparing online sales and an ambassador program alongside the shop.

A small bakery
on the second floor.

We started with the basics: bread baked daily, coffee pulled by hand. Salt bread, financiers, levain cookies. Small batches only.

We opened the first-floor terrace and the fourth-floor rooftop in the same building as pop-up and event spaces for outside brands.

N°02 · Principles

Operating principles.

Four rules Millab keeps in daily operations. These are not feelings or visions — they are how the shop actually runs.

01

We bake every day.

Every loaf, financier and cookie is baked that day on the second floor. Nothing rolls over to the next day; texture comes before volume.

We don't make a lot at once.

Some items are baked only in the morning batch, so they sell out by lunch. We post the day's drop times on Instagram.

Everything happens in one building.

2F is the café, 3F has the tables, 1F and 4F host pop-ups and events. Guests and brands cross paths naturally under one roof.

We make room for other brands.

The 1F terrace and 4F rooftop are available to outside brands for daily or weekly pop-ups, exhibitions and classes. We run them as collaborations, not as rentals.

Pâtissier / Baker

Two bakers in the second-floor kitchen from 5 a.m. — one trained at Le Cordon Bleu, one with seven years on the bench.

Barista

One barista curates the monthly bean rotation. The same hands pull every pour-over and every latte.

Floor / Operations

The team that runs the 2F counter, the 3F floor and the venue bookings. They also handle every pop-up set-up.

Come by the shop.

Six minutes from Seoul Forest station, exit 4. Daily 10:00–22:00. Weekday lunch is the quietest hour.
